SFLC.in seeks an energetic Office Manager, responsible for all day to day business operations and assigned to programs and project as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage human resource planning, employee agreements and other development plans for the team and work closely with all supervisors.
Assist the Grants lead in leading, coordinating and administering the program planning process for programs and initiatives.
Prepare monthly accounts, yearly budgets, and also budget of all related activists – project wise
Maintains all financial records, oversees accounting and work closely with chartered accounts and auditors.
Helped the Conference Manager in event planning and execution for conferences including handling travels, invites, vendors management, work with designers and PR agencies.
Work with Chief Technical officer regarding inventories management and website updation regularly.
Manage office supplies and other facilities for the staff.
He/She would be in-charge of board meetings and related procedural activities including scheduling board meetings , track & file board resolutions and meetings minutes.
Job Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, or any stream from an accredited university.
Maximum 3-5 years of work experience in office management
Excellent written and oral communication; and
Good presentation skills;
Will be commensurate with experience and will be at par with sector standards.
