Conventional Debate and Panel Discussion: Do Indians have a Constitutional Right to Privacy? (November 1, 2015 @ JGLS, Sonipat, Haryana)

SFLC.in, in association with the National Internet Exchange of India and the DebSoc and IPSoc of the O.P.Jindal Global Law School, is organizing a conventional debate and panel discussion on “Do Indians have a Constitutional Right to Privacy?” on November 1, 2015 at O.P.Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat, Haryana from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Mr. Baijayant Panda (Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Kendrapara, Odisha) will be the Chief Guest for the event. Dr. Arvind Gupta (National Technology Head, BJP) and Dr. Govind (CEO, NIXI) will be the Guests of Honour, and Mr. Nikhil Pahwa (Founder, MediaNama), Mr. Saikat Datta (Former Editor, National Security, Hindustan Times), Ms. Jasleen Oberoi (Partner, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.), Ms. Pooja Mahajan (Partner, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.) and Mr. Prasanth Sugathan (Counsel, SFLC.in) will be the Honorary Experts and part of the panel of judges for the debate.
